Lets get safe on the jobsite during crane set up, lifting and crane break down.(pics on all of these if you can)
- First check access or approach roads
- Overhead utilities, underground utilities
- Voids, tanks loose fill and depressions
- Ground and or soil stability
- Have a pre-lift meeting to make sure everyone is on the same page
- When setting up and breaking down the crane make sure there is no un-authorized personal in the designated working area
- Make sure all personel are wearing requires personal protective equiptment
- Make sure no one stands under the load
- Make sure wind conditions are ok
- Make sure crane is maintaining the correct allowable distance from the power lines
